As an Internal Control Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the integrity of our financial and operational processes, contributing to the implementation and follow-up of LVMH’s internal control framework in Spain. This position is focused on the local scope, working closely with the Internal Control team and with different departments across LVMH Beauty in the Spanish market to help ensure our controls are effective and support sustainable business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Internal Control Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop professional competences, and acquire practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:
• Support the execution, follow-up, and continuous improvement of LVMH Beauty’s internal control framework, covering financial, operational, Retail, and ethics controls.
• Support internal audit processes, including the follow-up of open findings and the implementation of action plans in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Provide support to business units on local Internal Control needs, from policy updates to internal control-related queries, ensuring alignment with the Group’s global guidelines.
• Support SAP access management, ensuring proper segregation of duties.
• Assist in the development and delivery of internal control training and awareness programs tailored to the local organization.
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
Education:
Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, or a related field.
Able to sign an internship agreement for at least 6 months with their university.
Skills:
Previous experience of around 1 year in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or related areas; prior exposure to retail or luxury environments is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and data analysis tools is a plus.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Analytical, rigorous, and detail-oriented profile.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable team player.
Strong problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, sound judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Motivated by control remediation, action plan follow-up, and audit coordination.
