YOUR MISSION
Part of the Clienteling Department at the Madrid Head Office, you will support the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Turkey & Kazakhstan) while working closely with Paris HQ, Retail, Merchandising, and stores.
As a CRM Advisor, you support retail teams in driving client engagement, retention, and sales performance through the effective use of CRM tools, Clienteling actions, and data-driven insights. The role acts as a key link between boutiques, CRM, and business stakeholders to ensure client data quality, strong execution of client activation initiatives, and consistent adoption of CRM best practices—supporting the client strategy together with Events and PCR teams.
You will leverage CRM tools to drive strategic client development initiatives and personalized marketing campaigns, while analyzing performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize client engagement.
• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• CRM Tool Administration & Support: Manage internal CRM software, acting as the primary point of contact for stores regarding system troubleshooting, guidance, and day-to-day operational support.
• Tool Rollout & Training: Spearhead the deployment of tools and training programs to drive the client development strategy and maximize platform adoption across retail teams.
• Reporting Automation & Development: Partner with the CRM Manager to create, deliver, and automate weekly and monthly reporting processes.
• Recurring Reporting Support: Support the preparation of recurring CRM and Clienteling reports for retail and management and partners
• Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Extract, consolidate, and analyze client data to measure boutique performance against defined client development objectives.
• Insight Generation: Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through reporting, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Stakeholder Support: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making for CRM, retail, and key business partners.
• CROSS-FUNTIONAL COLABORATION
• The CRM Advisor works closely with all retail, Merchandising, Digital, Press, Finance and HR departments of MED Region
• A key support in the department with driving Clienteling excellence in all boutiques.
• Create and facilitate weekly CRM call & presentation with all retail teams.
• Collect weekly updates & deadlines from CRM team and relay to retail communications.
• Share feedback from boutiques to help improve CRM tools, processes, and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with boutique training materials in Clienteling practices.
• Schedule and participate in regular CRM training with stores and Clienteling communities

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate practical business insights.
MS Office, full Excel proficiency is mandatory, Salesforce, PI, and IA its recommendable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt to changes.
Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to work effectively with boutique teams and cross-functional stakeholders, easy contact with others.
Highly motivated & strong personal interest for luxury & consumer goods environment.
Fluent English & Spanish is mandatory; French is a plus.
REQUIRED PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
Graduated from Business School/University and holding a degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Communications or any other related field.
Previous experience of at least 2 years in Marketing/CRM/Business Analytics in a similar role is required; in the luxury industry it will be highly appreciated.
It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a “contrato de prácticas” based on Spanish labor law.
Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
Start date: Mid November 2026.
